Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in Finance or Accounts Payable.
• Good understanding of accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation.
• Familiar with handling vendor invoices, Purchase Orders (PO), and supporting payment documents.
• Ability to accurately and systematically record and monitor financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices and payment requests.
• Ensure that invoices are supported by the appropriate supporting documents.
• Prepare and monitor vendor payment schedules to ensure timely payments.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in records.
• Accurately record and maintain accounts payable transaction records.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of payment records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding invoices and payment processes.
