Kopi Kenangan, a leading coffee brand in Indonesia, seeks a detail-oriented Supply Planning Analyst to own inventory and supply planning across regional warehouses. The role focuses on packaging, dry materials, small wares, and low-volume perishables, translating forecasts into actionable PO plans.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in FMCG/Retail/F&B, strong Excel skills, and a data-driven approach to optimize stock while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced retail ecosystem.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM or Logistics.
• 2–3 years in FMCG, Retail, or F&B with material or supply planning exposure.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel (Sum-If, LOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data validation, scenarios).
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous, data-driven stock optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Regional Inventory Management: oversee supply planning and inventory across 3–4 regional warehouses (packaging, dry materials, small wares, low-volume perishables).
• Forecast Translation & PO Execution: review forecasts, evaluate stock, determine orders, place and track POs.
• Safety Stock & Flow Optimization: maintain target stock levels and avoid stockouts/overstocking.
• Data Integrity & Reporting: keep system data accurate and generate inventory movement and lead-time reports.
• Risk Mitigation & Collaboration: flag bottlenecks and coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to resolve delays.

Kopi Kenangan is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Supply Planning Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will own inventory and supply planning across regional warehouses—balancing dry materials, packaging, small wares, and low-volume perishables to ensure seamless stock availability. If you excel at advanced Excel modeling, inventory optimization, and translating demand forecasts into actionable purchase plans, step into this vital role with us!

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, or F&B with direct exposure to material planning, inventory management, or supply planning.
• Advanced Excel Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in MS Excel (Sum-If, LOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data validation, nested formulas, and scenario modeling).
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a structured, data-driven approach to stock optimization.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail ecosystem.

Job Role:

• Regional Inventory Management: Manage supply planning and inventory monitoring across 3 to 4 regional warehouses, focusing on packaging, dry raw materials, small wares, and low-volume perishables.
• Forecast Translation & PO Execution: Review demand forecasts from the demand planning team, evaluate stock balances, determine vendor order quantities, and place/track Purchase Orders (POs).
• Safety Stock & Flow Optimization: Perform continuous inventory analysis across central and satellite fulfillment centers to maintain target safety stock levels while preventing stockouts or overstocking.
• Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain accurate supply chain system data and generate regular reports on inventory movements, stock cover, supplier lead times, and fulfillment performance.
• Risk Mitigation & Collaboration: Identify supply bottlenecks early, flag potential stock shortages to cross-functional teams, and collaborate with vendors and logistics partners to resolve delays promptly.
