Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years in Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Import, or Distribution.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role or with team responsibility.
• Experience managing stock/inventory warehouse and monitoring stock flows.
• Knowledge of stock opname, inventory control, aging stock, and stock accuracy.
• Experience arranging goods delivery and coordinating with transporters/expedition.
• Understanding of import processes from shipment to warehouse arrival.
• Experience monitoring containers and coordinating with parties for timely processing.
• Ability to plan stock requirements from sales needs, forecast, lead time, and conditions.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and reading inventory reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock availability and accuracy in warehouse; control stock movement and aging stock.
• Monitor import processes from shipment to goods receipt at warehouse.
• Coordinate with forwarder, shipping line, PPJK/customs, suppliers and related parties.
• Arrange and monitor goods delivery to customers/branches per schedule.
• Coordinate with transporters and monitor delivery issues, delays, and returns.
• Create inventory planning based on forecast and business needs.
• Lead and develop Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics and/or Import teams.
• Create routine reports on inventory, stock accuracy, aging, and container status.
• Provide process improvement recommendations to management.
• Conduct direct operational monitoring of warehouse and loading/unloading processes.

Job description

Head Supply Chain & Import role managing end-to-end supply chain operations from stock planning, warehouse management, distribution/delivery, to import processes and container handling. The position requires analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and hands-on capabilities to ensure stock availability and smooth inbound and outbound processes.

Key responsibilities

Ensure stock availability and accuracy in warehouse, controlling stock movement, stock opname, aging stock, slow moving and dead stock

Monitor import processes from shipment until goods arrive at warehouse, including ETA container, arrival, unloading, and goods receipt

Coordinate with forwarder, shipping line, PPJK/customs, supplier and other related parties

Arrange and monitor goods delivery to customers/branches/distributors, ensuring delivery runs according to schedule and targets

Coordinate with transporters/expedition and monitor delivery issues, delays, returns, and other operational obstacles

Create inventory planning based on forecast and business needs, maintaining balance between stock availability and inventory cost

Lead and develop Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics and/or Import teams

Create routine reports on inventory & stock accuracy, stock aging, import & container status, inbound & outbound, delivery performance, inventory turnover, slow moving/dead stock, and supply chain issues & action plans

Provide process improvement recommendations to management

Conduct direct operational monitoring to warehouse and loading/unloading processes when required

About you

Minimum S1 degree from Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Minimum 4–6 years work experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Import, or Distribution

Minimum 2 years in Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager/Head position or position with team coordination responsibility

Experience managing stock/inventory warehouse, including monitoring incoming and outgoing stock

Understanding of stock opname, inventory control, aging stock, stock accuracy, and monitoring slow moving/dead stock

Experience arranging goods delivery/distribution, including coordination with transporters/expedition and monitoring delivery

Understanding of import processes from shipment monitoring, ETA, import documents, until goods arrive at warehouse

Experience monitoring containers, including arrival schedule, container unloading, coordination with related parties, and ensuring goods are processed on time

Able to conduct stock requirement planning based on sales needs, forecast, lead time, and inventory conditions

Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet and able to create and read inventory and supply chain reports
