Job summary

Kopi Kenangan is seeking a proactive, site-savvy Project Supervisor to oversee coffee store fit-outs from planning through handover. You will master AutoCAD drawings and manage multiple store construction projects across Indonesia, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field with at least 2 years of project supervision experience in retail or F&B fit-outs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years as a Project Supervisor, preferably in retail or F&B fit-outs.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with ability to review, interpret, and modify drawings incl. single-line diagrams.
• Experience in schedules, site progress, and S-curve tracking.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, MEP coordination, site safety and landlord compliance.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site supervision; strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store fit-out projects from handover to completion and launch.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, landlords, and internal teams on-site.
• Monitor quality, costs, and site safety to ensure on-time delivery within budgets.
• Interpret drawings, coordinate MEP installations, ensure design spec compliance.
• Maintain detailed schedules, build S-curves, and implement recovery plans for delays.
• Prepare progress reports, log site activities, manage punch-lists, finalize handover docs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Technical & CAD Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to review, interpret, and modify technical working drawings, including single-line electrical diagrams.
• Project Tracking & Control: Experienced in preparing project schedules, monitoring site progress, and developing S-curves to track planned versus actual construction milestones.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, MEP coordination, site safety requirements, and landlord compliance.
• Mobility & Soft Skills: Willingness to travel frequently for on-site supervision, paired with strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

Job Role:

• End-to-End Site Supervision: Lead and manage retail store fit-out and construction projects from initial site handover through to completion and final launch.
• Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination: Serve as the primary site liaison between contractors, consultants, mall landlords, and internal cross-functional teams.
• Progress, Quality & Budget Control: Closely monitor construction quality, project costs, and site safety standards to ensure on-time delivery within approved budgets.
• Technical & MEP Execution: Interpret technical drawings, coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations, and ensure full compliance with design specifications.
• S-Curve & Schedule Management: Maintain detailed project schedules, build S-curves to track progress against baselines, and implement recovery plans for potential site delays.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, maintain site logbooks, manage punchlists, and finalize handover documentation.
