Job summary

Aice Group Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned supply chain professional to lead planning at the Bekasi Factory. You will forecast demand, ensure material readiness, and coordinate across production, procurement, warehousing, logistics, sales and marketing to keep operations smooth.

The role requires fluency in Chinese and English, a related bachelor's degree, and at least five years in supply planning or operations within FMCG or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese and English is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business).
• Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Supply Planning or Operations in FMCG or Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management and logistics.
• Familiar with ERP systems and strong analytical skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional coordination.
• Good leadership and communication abilities.
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi Factory.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, and logistics operations

Familiar with ERP systems

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting analysis

Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Good leadership and cross-functional coordination skills

Willing to be placed in Bekasi Factory
