Job summary

Aice Group Holdings Pte Ltd in Jakarta is seeking a Material & Purchase Planning Specialist to ensure material availability for production. You will manage planning, forecast material requirements, and coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Planning teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in related field, 3+ years in planning/PPIC, strong Excel and data analysis, and familiarity with ERP/SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, Statistics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Planning, Supply Chain, PPIC, Material Planning, Inventory Control, or related field
• Strong understanding of material planning, supply planning, inventory/stock monitoring, forecasting, and fulfillment
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large amounts of data; experience with ERP/SAP is a plus
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
• Able to analyze problems and provide data-driven solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage material and purchase planning based on production and Finished Goods requirements
• Prepare and monitor material forecast and purchase plan to ensure material availability for production
• Monitor stock, outstanding PO, material availability, and supply fulfillment
• Analyze and prepare planning & supply reports related to stock, forecast, purchasing, shortage, overstock, and material requirements
• Monitor actual vs. plan and provide analysis/recommendations for necessary adjustments
• Identify potential shortage, overstock, material accumulation, and expired materials, and coordinate follow-up actions
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Planning, and Operation Center to ensure material requirements are fulfilled
