Job summary

Aice Group Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced import purchasing professional to manage end-to-end activity for raw materials and packaging. You will coordinate with suppliers, EXIM, forwarders and internal teams to meet production needs, monitor shipments and ensure documentation accuracy.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in import/purchasing, and strong Excel/ERP skills. Candidates should be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Import, Purchasing, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Good understanding of import processes, shipment terms (ETD/ETA) and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import purchasing for Raw Material & Packaging Material.
• Coordinate with supplier, EXIM, forwarder, warehouse, planning and production teams.

Job description

Manage end-to-end import purchasing process for RMPM (Raw Material & Packaging Material), from material planning, purchase order, shipment, until material arrival. Coordinate with supplier, EXIM, forwarder, warehouse, planning, and production team to ensure import materials are delivered according to production requirements.

Key responsibilities

Monitor ETD, ETA, shipment schedule, and material fulfillment

Review and follow up Sales Contract and import documents, including Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COA, Certificate of Origin, MSDS, and other required documents

Handle and follow up shipment delays, material shortages, and other import-related issues

Ensure completeness and accuracy of import documentation and support the import process in accordance with company procedures

Coordinate with supplier, EXIM, forwarder, warehouse, planning, and production team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in Import, Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain, preferably in FMCG/manufacturing

Good understanding of import process, shipment, ETD/ETA, supplier coordination, and import documentation

Strong coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP/SAP is a plus

Experience handling import raw materials / packaging materials is highly preferred
