Job summary

Aice Group Holdings Pte Ltd invites a results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales and distribution within Sumatra. You will visit outlets and distributors, expand the active network, and ensure product availability and displays meet company standards.

Analyze market potential, monitor competitors, prepare sales reports, and follow up on distribution issues. Willingness to travel extensively across Sumatra is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales professional in the FMCG industry.
• Experience in managing sales territories is an advantage.
• Good understanding of distribution systems and sales territory management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Independent, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to travel extensively throughout Sumatra according to the company's operational needs.
