Responsibilities

The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to drive business insights, improve financial performance, and ensure alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and long-term financial planning across business units

Provide in-depth financial analysis on business performance, including variance analysis, profitability, and cost control

Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business expansion

Partner with commercial, operations, and other departments to provide actionable insights and drive performance improvements

Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities to management

Prepare and present monthly management reports, including financial performance, forecasts, and strategic insights

Support decision-making through scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and business case evaluations

Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes, tools, and reporting systems

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across financial reports and planning models

Job Requirements

Fluent in English & Chinese is a MUST.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus

Minimum10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles, preferably in FMCG or multinational companies

Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable business insights

Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders

Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
