Job summary

PT Cut Make Trim in Bali is seeking a Supply Chain Planning & Procurement Supervisor to connect sales forecasts with production and material planning. This is a hands-on supervisory role covering sourcing, purchasing, and demand planning.

You will work with suppliers, production planning, design, merchandising, sales, and finance to ensure materials are available at the right time and cost. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sourcing/purchasing/demand planning, with apparel industry experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or demand planning.
• Experience in apparel, textile, swimwear, or activewear preferred.
• Understanding of fabric and trim sourcing, including Lycra/elastane and knitted fabrics.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and forecasting tools.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for fabrics, trims, hardware, and packaging.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and lead times with local and international suppliers.
• Manage POs, supplier confirmations, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
• Monitor supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
• Develop rolling demand plans based on sales forecasts, historical data, and collection calendars.
• Translate demand forecasts into material and component requirements.
• Monitor fabric and trim inventory to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Supervise and support the purchasing team, including workload and priorities.

Supply Chain Planning & Procurement Supervisor

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planning & Procurement Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in connecting sales and demand forecasts with production and material planning. This is a hands-on supervisory role covering both supplier sourcing & purchasing and demand planning. You will work closely with suppliers, Production Planning, Design, Merchandising, Sales, and Finance to make sure the right materials are available at the right time, at the right cost.

Key responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for fabrics, trims, hardware, and packaging

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and lead times with local and international suppliers

Manage POs, supplier confirmations, delivery schedules, and follow-ups

Monitor supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and responsiveness

Develop alternative sourcing options to reduce supplier risks

Ensure sourcing activities comply with quality standards, sustainability requirements, and company policies

Supervise and support the purchasing team, including workload and priorities

Develop rolling demand plans based on sales forecasts, historical data, and collection calendars

Translate demand forecasts into material and component requirements

Monitor fabric and trim inventory to avoid shortages or excess stock

About you

2+ years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or demand planning

Experience in apparel, textile, swimwear, or activewear is strongly preferred

Good understanding of fabric and trim sourcing, including Lycra/elastane and knitted fabrics

Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and demand planning tools

Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills

Analytical and comfortable working with forecasts, cost sheets, BOMs, and inventory data

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple suppliers and timelines

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Textile Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
