LITTLE PALMERHAUS in Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Fabric Sourcing & Product Development associate to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, designers, and the sample room to support on-time development.
You will manage lab dips, strike-offs, fabric and trim developments, create T&A calendars, prepare BOMs, and maintain a comprehensive materials database while ensuring clear communication with cross-functional teams.

The Fabric Sourcing & Product Development is responsible for supporting the development process by coordinating with suppliers, vendors, designers, and the sample room. This role ensures timely follow-up of fabric and trim developments, maintains accurate product documentation, and manages sourcing data to support efficient product development and on-time sample delivery.
Communicate and follow up on lab dips (L/D), strike-offs (S/O), fabric developments, and trim developments with suppliers and vendors.
Coordinate sample development activities, including fabrics, trims, and accessories, with external suppliers and internal teams (Fashion Designer and Sample Room).
Ensure all materials required for sample development are delivered according to the development timeline.
Create and manage detailed Time & Action (T&A) calendars to monitor product development milestones and ensure all deadlines are achieved.
Prepare accurate and detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) based on approved designer Tech Packs.
Maintain and organize the database of fabrics, trims, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Support sourcing activities by collecting, organizing, and updating material and supplier information.
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Textile, Fashion Merchandiser, Business Administration, Supply Chain and other field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sourcing Administration, Product Development, Merchandising, or a similar role within the apparel or fashion industry.
Good communication and follow-up skills when working with suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
