Job summary

Bali United partnered project team seeks a fashion designer with expertise in apparel product development to lead from concept to production. You will translate concepts into tech packs and manage vendor collaborations to deliver high-quality seasonal collections aligned with brand identity and market demand.

You will oversee sampling, fittings, approvals, and ensure timelines, cost targets, and branding standards are met while exploring new product opportunities to strengthen the lineup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Fashion Design, Apparel Product Development, or a similar role.
• Strong experience handling end-to-end product development from concept to production.
• Background in sportswear, casualwear, streetwear, lifestyle, or retail fashion preferred.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, printing, embroidery, fitting, and production processes.

• Partner with merchandising and commercial teams to align product development with sales performance, market demand, and launch calendar.
• Ensure product quality, fit, branding, costing, and timeline meet approved standards.
• Identify new product, capsule, and collaboration opportunities to strengthen the merchandise assortment.

• Comfortable working directly with vendors, manufacturers, merchandising, and commercial teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant apparel or merchandise development is required.
