Job summary

Tume Activewear in Bali seeks a Production & Procurement Specialist to own the end-to-end garment production and sourcing pipeline from sampling to final delivery. You will coordinate with local factories, negotiate pricing, monitor costs, ensure quality, and maintain supplier relationships while contributing to a fast-scaling brand.

Based in Bali or willing to relocate, you’ll manage multiple suppliers, coordinate sample development, and drive continuous improvements in the production process

Qualifications

• Experience in garment, apparel, or activewear production/sourcing.
• Comfortable negotiating and communicating with factories and suppliers in Indonesian.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for costing and tracking.
• Organized enough to run multiple suppliers and orders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production from sampling to bulk, with timelines and progress.
• Manage sample development, revisions, and approvals.
• Coordinate quality checks during production against samples and specs.
• Prepare production cost calculations and track costs against budget.
• Monitor inventory levels and purchasing requirements.
