PT Bara Sangray Sehati is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to design and maintain end-to-end supply plans in a fast-growing consumer goods environment in Indonesia. The role requires strong inventory management, vendor coordination, and leadership to drive improvements across procurement, production, warehousing, and logistics, with excellent English and Mandarin as a plus.
You will work with OEMs, 3PLs, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and
Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, reorder points, stock turnover, and aging inventory, and take action to prevent shortages or overstock.
Coordinate with Operations and OEM partners to ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods.
Source, evaluate, and develop potential vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, capacity, and reliable supply.
Coordinate production schedules with OEM factories and monitor production status, capacity, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Follow up on production delays, supply disruptions, and operational issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Oversee warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, outbound activities, and inventory reconciliation.
Ensure inventory accuracy and proper storage and handling of packaging materials and finished goods.
Plan and coordinate shipments from factories and warehouses to customers or distribution points.
Manage and coordinate with 3PL, trucking, courier, and other logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Monitor delivery performance, lead times, fulfillment rates, and service levels, and proactively resolve logistics issues.
Monitor and analyze inventory, warehouse, logistics, and distribution costs, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Identify supply chain risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and develop contingency plans and alternative solutions when needed.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency, service levels, cost effectiveness, and operational reliability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Purchasing Import, R&D, QA/QC, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations and support business growth.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or related roles, with experience in a supervisory or managerial position, preferably in FMCG, Retail, Food & Beverages, nutrition, snacks, or related industries.
Experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and logistics.
Experience coordinating with OEM factories or toll manufacturing partners, including production planning, shipment scheduling, and finished goods delivery.
Strong understanding of inventory planning and management, including safety stock, reorder point, stock turnover, and stock aging.
Good understanding of logistics operations, including delivery planning, lead time, transportation, 3PL management, and distribution processes.
Able to analyze supply chain and logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and monitor supply chain performance.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow up closely on inventory, shipment schedules, delivery status, and operational issues.
Good communication skills and able to coordinate across departments, including Business Development, Procurement, Finance, Production, Warehouse, and Operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, develop, and communicate effectively with team members.
Comfortable working in a fast-growing company environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing business needs.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken (mandatory), Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Familiar with ERP/WMS systems such as Accurate or similar systems.
