Job summary

Techconnect seeks a senior leader to head the Group’s integrated supply chain across planning, procurement, inventory, logistics and distribution, ensuring timely, quality, and cost-efficient material availability. You will report directly to the Group CEO and shape end-to-end supply chain strategy.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in chemical/process manufacturing, with 5+ years in management, deep expertise in S&OP, ERP integration, and supplier performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of supply chain experience in chemical/petrochemical/process manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple supply chain functions.
• Expertise in integrated supply chain management, S&OP, procurement, inventory, logistics, distribution, and contract management.
• Ability to develop supply chain strategies and policies across entities, optimize costs and inventory, and manage supplier performance and risks.
• Experience leading supply chain transformation, process improvement, and ERP integration.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, change management, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated supply chain functions across business entities to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
• Develop supply chain strategies and policies; optimize costs and inventory management.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, distribution, and contract management; manage supplier performance.
• Lead transformation initiatives, process improvements, and ERP integration.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and report to the Group CEO.
