Job summary

Power Commerce Asia in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead inbound operations, monitor receiving/ unloading, and ensure accurate goods receipt, SKU, and expiry tracking within the WMS.

You will coordinate manpower, drive process improvements, and collaborate with QC, Inventory, Transporters, and other departments to maintain safety, efficiency, and on-time performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of outbound, picking/packing, storage, returns, and inventory control.
• Familiar with WMS and barcode scanners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound processes, including receiving and unloading.
• Ensure accurate quantity, SKU, batch number, and expiry date during receiving.
• Oversee GR (Goods Receipt) and inbound transactions in the WMS.
• Supervise putaway, storage, and proper placement of received goods.
• Coordinate manpower allocation based on daily requirements.
• Prepare daily inbound monitoring reports and KPI tracking.
• Lead daily team briefings, coaching, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure smooth execution of inbound processes, including receiving and unloading
• Monitor the accuracy of quantity, SKU, batch number, and expiry date during receiving
• Monitor GR (Goods Receipt) and inbound transactions in the WMS/system
• Monitor putaway processes and ensure proper storage and placement of received goods
• Monitor pending and overdue inbound activities and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor and investigate inbound discrepancies, including shortages, over-receiving, wrong SKU, and other variances
• Monitor the condition and packaging of goods during the receiving process and report any damage or irregularities
• Manage manpower allocation and workload distribution based on daily operational requirements
• Monitor inbound and staging areas to ensure proper organization, safety, and operational efficiency
• Handle inbound operational issues and coordinate with QC, Inventory, Transporter, and relevant departments for resolution
• Prepare daily inbound monitoring reports and track key operational performance indicators
• Conduct daily team briefings, coaching, and performance monitoring to ensure operational standards are maintained
• Identify and support the implementation of process improvements to improve inbound efficiency, accuracy, and productivity

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with experience as a Leader, Supervisor, or core operational team member
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, particularly outbound, picking & packing, storage, returns, and inventory control
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and other warehouse operational tools
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work toward operational targets and deadlines
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment and adapt to operational requirements, including shift arrangements if needed
