Job summary

WIK - ELEKTROGERÄTE Entwicklungs- und Service-GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a capable production supervisor to arrange daily production, allocate operators, and ensure smooth manufacturing flow.

You will monitor KPI targets, uphold 6S and safety standards, and coordinate with QA and engineers to meet customer requirements. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and effective cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 in industrial industry with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a production team to meet demand.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and strong communication skills.
• Adaptable to company culture and focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production with planning and allocate operators.
• Monitor lines for quality, safety, 6S, and meet QA standards.
• Assist with shipment planning and project new SKUs.
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve daily production issues.
• Approve exit permits and release documents in OA/RQM systems.

Your Tasks

• Responsible for daily production arrangement according to Planning Material Control plan, including operators' allocation, equipment/fixtures/jigs checking, materials preparation and WI/flow chart following up.
• Following up FGs shipment plan to meet the FGs shipment requirement.
• Monitoring reports from FA leaders of output and supervise production lines 6S, safety and discipline and controlling and monitoring quality of product in FA to meet QA's standard and customers' requirements.
• Continuous improvement to achieve responsible production lines KPI target and cooperate with related Quality / Production engineers and supervisors to solve the daily issues happen on production lines.
• Approval of exit permit in OA system, releasing documents (i.e: TS, NEW SKU) in RQM, implementation on production of new part or new model (SKU), support new project preparation.

Your Profile

• Diploma 3 in industrial industry and minimum 2 years' working experience in the same position.
• Ability to lead, manage and motivate team members. Maintain a good production process to meet business and shipment demand. Efficiency improvement, production line optimization and line balance.
• Familiar with office tools: Microsoft excel, and strong interpersonal communication and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure.
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills, attitude with adaptability to company culture and seek continuous improvement.
