Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food service protocols, and guest service excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure during busy service periods.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer literacy.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills (Indonesian or Mandarin) being advantageous.
