We are seeking an experienced Floor / Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at Masonry. Restaurant Uluwatu in Pecatu, Kuta Selatan, Bali. This is a contract position that offers an exciting opportunity to take on a supervisory role within our hospitality and tourism management operations. As Floor/Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day floor operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. This role is pivotal in bridging management and frontline staff, ensuring smooth operations and consistent service excellence across all guest-facing areas.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Floor / Restaurant Supervisor or similar supervisory role in a hospitality or tourism environment

Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop staff

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members

Thorough knowledge of hospitality service standards and best practices
