Job summary

Bali International Hospital in Bali, Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the purchasing of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and related services. You will oversee vendor selection, negotiation, tendering, contract management, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The role requires at least 5 years in procurement, preferably in healthcare, with strong cost control and data-driven decision making, and proficiency in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Supply Chain, Business or Pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital sector.
• Strong expertise in vendor management, tendering, contract negotiation and cost control.

• Lead and oversee procurement activities for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, services, and other hospital requirements
• Manage vendor selection, evaluation, negotiation, tendering processes, and contract management
• Ensure procurement processes comply with applicable regulations and company policies

• Develop procurement strategies to achieve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness
• Lead the procurement team and collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the procurement process

• Certification in Procurement of Goods and Services is required/preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement/ERP systems
• High integrity, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
