Job summary

PT Gunanusa Eramandiri in Central Java seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our peanut processing facility. You will supervise production operators, ensure targets are met, and maintain quality and safety compliance in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably FMCG or food processing.
• Proven experience in leading production teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and factory operations.
• Familiar with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Based in Pati, Central Java.

Responsibilities

Job description

Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are achieved.

Ensure the peanut processing production process runs in accordance with SOP, quality standards, and food safety regulations.

Monitor the utilization of raw materials, manpower, and production machines to maintain operational efficiency.

Lead and manage production operators while ensuring discipline, productivity, and workplace safety.

Monitor production output, machine downtime, and daily production performance.

Analyze operational issues and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Coordinate with related departments such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse to ensure smooth production flow.

Prepare and submit periodic operational reports to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in FMCG or food processing.

Proven experience in leading production teams or operators.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and factory operations.

Familiar with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement practices is an advantage.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Able to work in a target-driven and fast-paced operational environment.

Willing to be placed in Pati, Central Java.
