Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably FMCG or food processing.
• Proven experience in leading production teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and factory operations.
• Familiar with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Based in Pati, Central Java.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet targets.
• Ensure peanut processing follows SOP, quality, and food safety regulations.
• Monitor raw materials, manpower, and machines for efficiency.
• Lead production operators with discipline and safety.
• Track output, downtime, and daily performance.
• Analyze issues and drive improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse for smooth flow.
• Prepare and submit periodic operational reports to management.
