Qualifications

• Experience with Media Partners and Advertising Agencies is advantageous.
• Preferably exposure in field sales distribution with supervisory experience.
• Fast learner able to work with minimal guidance.
• Valid driving license (SIM) type A.

Supervisor Consumer Engagement (All Over Indonesia – North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Jabodetabek, Central Java, East Indonesia)

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and report overall consumer engagement activities across different channels in assigned areas (e.g., Media, LAMP/HOP, Event, Community).
• Analyze marketing issues and opportunities in assigned areas, including segmenting and consumer profiling.
• Manage, implement, and evaluate territory in line with outlet potency and consumer preference.
• Maintain and strengthen business relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Media Partners, Advertising Agency, Branding Team, and Creative Agency is advantageous.
• Preferably exposure in field sales distribution with supervisory experience.
• Active in organizational activities and social media savvy.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fast learner able to work with minimal guidance and supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
• Computer literate (MS Office, especially MS Excel).
• Passion for field work.
• Valid driving license (SIM) type A.
