Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. invites applications for a Supervisor Consumer Engagement role, based across Indonesia with coverage including North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Jabodetabek, Central Java and East Indonesia.

The day-to-day involves planning, executing and reporting consumer engagement activities through diverse channels, analyzing marketing opportunities, and managing territory in line with outlets and consumer preferences, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience with media partners, advertising agencies, branding teams and creative agencies is advantageous.
• Exposure in field sales distribution with supervisory experience preferred.
• Active in organizational activities and social media savvy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fast learner capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable with numerical data.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Passionate about field work.
• Holding a driving license (SIM) type A.

Responsibilities

• Planning, executing, monitoring and reporting overall consumer engagement activities in assigned areas across channels (Media, LAMP/HOP, Event, Community).
• Analyzing marketing issues and opportunities in assigned areas including segmentation and consumer profiling.
• Managing, implementing and evaluating territory in line with outlet potency and consumer preference.
• Managing and implementing strong business relationships with all stakeholders.
