Job summary

PMI is seeking a Supervisor Consumer Engagement to lead nationwide consumer engagement activities across Indonesia, covering North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Jabodetabek, Central Java, and East Indonesia.

You will plan, execute and report consumer engagement initiatives through media, events, and community channels, while analyzing marketing issues and profiling consumers. Strong communication, analytical, and Excel skills are required, with a driving license a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with media partners, ad agencies, branding teams, or creative agencies is a plus.
• Experience in field sales distribution with supervisory exposure is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and numerical data analysis skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and report consumer engagement activities across channels in assigned areas (Media, events, communities).
• Analyze marketing issues and opportunities, including segmentation and consumer profiling.
• Manage and evaluate the territory in line with outlet potency and consumer preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
