Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Supervisor Retail Engagement to be based across all of Indonesia. You will plan and monitor trade marketing activities, and drive territory strategy with strong stakeholder relationships to ensure powerful in-store execution.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in FMCG field sales with supervisory experience, and proven leadership and analytical abilities. Willingness to be placed across Indonesia and a valid SIM A are preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 3 years field sales experience with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and organizational savvy.
• Fast learner and able to work with minimum guidance and supervision.
• Having a driving license (SIM) type A.
• Willing to be placed All Over Indonesia.

We are looking for a Supervisor Retail Engagement who will be based in All Over Indonesia. Our area of coverages are: North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Jabodetabek, Central Java, East Indonesia.

Your ‘day to day’

• Planning, monitoring and controlling the implementation of trade marketing activities

Who we’re looking for
