Job summary

PT Sambal Samuda Nusantara is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple Donat Ube stores in the Jabodetabek region. You will supervise day-to-day operations, drive sales, manage stock and SOP compliance, and lead customer service excellence across outlets.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years as AREA SUPERVISOR in F&B, holds a D3/S1, demonstrates strong leadership and communication, and is willing to travel between stores with own vehicle and valid license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience as Area Supervisor in F&B (preferably from a national brand).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple outlets/stores.
• Understanding of store operations (sales, stock, SOP, service).
• Willing to be mobile and visit each store.
• Own vehicle and active driving licence.
