MOJO Pilates & Recovery is seeking a proactive Studio Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of the studio, recovery facilities, café, and shop. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, train the team on service standards, and ensure a superior MOJO experience for every guest.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent English, and ability to handle multiple areas and priorities in a dynamic wellness business environment.

Qualifications

• Good spoken and written English.
• Experience in studio, hospitality, wellness, fitness, retail, or operations management.
• Experience supervising staff and managing schedules.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Highly organized, responsible, and attentive to detail.
• Able to manage several areas and priorities at the same time.
• Comfortable handling complaints and solving problems independently.
• Basic understanding of inventory, purchasing, sales, and cost control.
• Confident using scheduling, booking, messaging, and basic reporting tools.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the MOJO studio, ensuring areas are ready on time.
• Inspect Pilates rooms and ensure equipment and materials are clean and stocked.
• Ensure recovery area, café, shop, and shared spaces remain clean and presentable.
• Supervise receptionists, cleaners, café staff, and maintenance personnel.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules, shifts, breaks, absences, and replacements.
• Train team on MOJO service standards, procedures, hygiene, and safety; provide feedback.
• Welcome customers and guide them through the studio; handle questions and requests professionally.
• Coordinate with instructors and reception to start classes on time and run smoothly.
• Monitor inventory of beverages, café products, cleaning supplies, towels, and other items; maintain stock records.
• Ensure cleaning, hygiene, safety, and emergency procedures are followed; record incidents.
