We’re looking for a Studio Supervisor to take ownership of Bareheat’s day-to-day operations, team coordination and studio experience.
You’re the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes while making sure the energy, service and standards our clients experience remain unmistakably Bareheat.
A big part of this role is people. You’ll be the main point of contact for our team, supporting them day to day, keeping communication clear and helping create a positive, motivated and well-organised working environment. You’ll manage schedules, hours and responsibilities, coordinate instructor availability and schedule changes, help resolve team issues or conflicts, and regularly review how the team is working together.
You’ll also take ownership of the studio’s daily operations and administration, including bills and payments, supplier and vendor communication, stock and operational needs, schedules, maintenance follow-ups and ensuring everything that needs to happen actually gets done. You’ll be trusted to make day-to-day decisions when needed, from handling client situations and discounts to class changes, cancellations or rescheduling.
While this is a management role, we want someone who genuinely enjoys being part of the studio and its community. You’ll spend two days per week supporting front desk, welcoming clients, getting to know them and building real relationships. You should notice the details, remember the regulars and care about how people feel when they walk through our doors.

Own the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the studio
Be the main point of contact for the Bareheat team
Manage team schedules, working hours, missions and day‑to‑day organisation
Manage and amend the instructor schedule, covers and availability
Support team development, communication, motivation and conflict resolution
Make confident operational decisions when required, including class changes, rescheduling and client resolutions
Manage bills, payments, suppliers and vendor relationships
Oversee operational needs, maintenance, stock and studio organisation
Work two front‑desk days per week, welcoming clients and building genuine relationships with the community
Support client communication and ensure issues are handled quickly and thoughtfully
Support events, activations and special projects
Protect and consistently elevate the Bareheat experience and standards
