Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a reputable university.
• 1–3 years experience in customer service, client relations, hospitality, or fitness studio administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with ability to achieve targets.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using scheduling systems and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after studio sessions.
• Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
• Handle client feedback, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
• Manage class schedules and coordinate bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Monitor attendance and support achieving monthly targets.
• Develop weekly and monthly reports on sales, attendance, and package usage.
• Provide operational insights and recommendations to management.
