Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own the smooth day-to-day operations of the studio.
• Be the main point of contact for the Bareheat team.
• Manage team schedules, working hours and day-to-day organisation.
• Manage and amend instructor schedule, covers and availability.
• Support team development, communication, motivation and conflict resolution.
• Make confident operational decisions for class changes and client resolutions.
• Oversee bills, payments, suppliers and vendor relationships.
• Support events, activations and special projects.
• Two front-desk days per week to greet clients and build community relationships.
