AgeLetics is the first comprehensive platform in Indonesia for seniors (age 55+) to increase longevity through various exercises and activities. We offer activities such as strength training and pilates, designed specifically for seniors by specialist in rehab medicine (SpKFR) and other experts. We partner with top studios in South and West Jakarta, with each session led by bachelor of sports science / instructors from relevant global institution.
Community Officer
The Community Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the studio while delivering exceptional client experience. This role manages studio scheduling, maintains strong relationships with clients, supports sales targets, and prepares operational and performance reports. The position plays a key role in building a welcoming community and ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
Job Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after studio sessions.
Respond to client inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Handle client feedback, concerns, and complaints with care and professionalism.
Manage and maintain classes schedule.
Coordinate booking, cancellations, and rescheduling of sessions.
Monitor attendance and ensure smooth daily operations.
Achieve monthly sales targets for class packages and memberships.
Support client conversion from trial sessions to packages.
Develop and maintain weekly and monthly reports including: Sales performance, Client attendance, Package usage and expiry
Support management with operational insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Sports Management, or related field preferred from reputable university.
1-3 years experience in customer service, client relations, hospitality, or fitness studio administration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with ability to achieve targets.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and Rezerv.
Passion for wellness, fitness, or Pilates is a strong advantage.
