Pengiklan Anonim is launching a premium spa and wellness experience. Join our pre-opening team to help set up operations, guest standards, and service delivery from day one.

You will develop SOPs, recruit and train staff, supervise scheduling, drive sales, manage bookings and vendor relations, and ensure impeccable guest satisfaction while controlling costs. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience managing spa or wellness operations.
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Able to develop SOPs and train teams.
• Sales-oriented, proactive, and attentive to detail.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-opening preparations and ensure operational readiness
