Qualifications

Diploma 3 graduate with strong communication and planning abilities.
Experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer success, or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with education sector, English courses, or startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor students' learning progress and communicate updates to the Academic Team with follow-up actions.
Build relationships with students through motivation, guidance and ongoing support.
Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and helping them make informed decisions.
Provide consistent advice, feedback and solutions to help students achieve learning goals.
Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations and sales performance.
