Ruangguru for Business is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Indonesian team. You will help monitor student progress, support engagement initiatives, and assist prospective students in making informed decisions.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma 3, 1–2 years in Sales/Marketing or related fields, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a proactive, independent work style in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
