Job summary

Ruangguru is a tech-enabled education company in Indonesia providing learning videos, question banks, test-prep materials, and study notes to enhance student access to quality content. We are hiring for a role focused on student engagement, sales support, and progress communication.

You will monitor student progress, build strong relationships, assist prospective students in decision-making, and contribute to achieving individual and team targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Own a smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
