Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate updates to the Academic Team with follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students through motivation, guidance, and ongoing support.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and helping them make informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
