Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a proactive Sales/Student Success specialist in West Java to monitor student progress, engage prospects, and support decision-making. You will build strong relationships, guide learners, and drive engagement while hitting individual and team targets.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma 3, 1–2 years experience in sales or education-related fields, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and in a team. A smartphone and laptop are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 minimum in any field.
• 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, BD, CS, or related fields; ed/startup experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate updates to Academic Team with follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with students with motivation, guidance, and ongoing support.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting decision-making.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
