BINUS University International is seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide and process information for students and stakeholders about documents and services, and to respond promptly to inquiries. The role also handles complaints and delivers accurate student data, supporting department objectives through strong cooperation with various stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Education, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, student services, or administration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Strong data management skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work with various stakeholders.
• Willing to be placed at BINUS @ Alam Sutera.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with students or other stakeholders to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about documents and services.
• Ensure effective and prompt respond to customer inquiries.
• Ensure effective customer complaints handling process
• Provide valid and accurate students operational data
• Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
• Provide excellent services for students or other stakeholders
