Job summary

BINUS Group seeks a dedicated Customer Service / Student Services professional to assist students and stakeholders with information, documents, and service requests. You will respond promptly to inquiries, handle complaints effectively, and maintain accurate operational data.

Eligible candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or student services. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, communication, education, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, student services, administration, or related role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with a service mindset.
• Strong administrative and data management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to handle inquiries and complaints professionally and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interact with students or stakeholders to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about documents and services.
• Ensure effective and prompt responses to customer inquiries.
• Ensure effective customer complaints handling process.
• Provide valid and accurate students operational data.
• Build strong and effective cooperation to support department objectives.
• Provide excellent services for students or other stakeholders.
