The role also handles complaints and delivers accurate student data, supporting department objectives through strong cooperation with various stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Education, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, student services, or administration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Strong data management skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work with various stakeholders.
• Willing to be placed at BINUS @ Alam Sutera.

• Strong administrative and data management skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, work collaboratively with various stakeholders, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
