Sparks Swim is seeking a customer liaison to communicate information about advanced programs, levels, and class benefits to keep students engaged in learning. You will identify student needs and recommend classes or coaches to support progress.

You will handle inquiries from walk-ins, WhatsApp, phone, and social media with a responsive, friendly, and solutions-focused approach, and you will follow up with parents about packages and scheduling.

Formación

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Experience handling inquiries across multiple channels.
• Ability to follow up with parents and manage schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate information about programs, levels, and class benefits to encourage student learning continuity.
• Identify student needs and recommend suitable classes or coaches.
• Handle inquiries via walk-ins, WhatsApp, phone, and social media with responsiveness.
• Proactively follow up with parents about packages, feedback, and needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with parents to boost satisfaction.
• Coordinate with coaches and admin to arrange schedules.
• Ensure smooth processing of package renewals, transfers, or adjustments.
