Sparks Swim is seeking a customer liaison to communicate information about advanced programs, levels, and class benefits to keep students engaged in learning. You will identify student needs and recommend classes or coaches to support progress.

You will handle inquiries from walk-ins, WhatsApp, phone, and social media with a responsive, friendly, and solutions-focused approach, and you will follow up with parents about packages and scheduling.

• Proactively follow up with parents about packages, feedback, and needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with parents to boost satisfaction.
• Coordinate with coaches and admin to arrange schedules.
• Ensure smooth processing of package renewals, transfers, or adjustments.

This role involves communicating information about advanced programs, levels, and class benefits at Sparks Swim to encourage student learning continuity. • Identify student needs and development, and provide recommendations for classes or coaches that best support their progress
• Handle inquiries from walk-ins, WhatsApp, telephone, and social media with responsiveness, friendliness, and solution-focused approach
• Conduct proactive follow-ups with parents regarding package continuation, class feedback, and student needs
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents to increase satisfaction and loyalty to Sparks Swim services
• Coordinate actively with coaches and admin to arrange and confirm class schedules
• Ensure package renewal, class transfers, or adjustments are processed smoothly and in an organized manner
