Job summary

Sparks Sports Academy, part of SEVEN Retail Group, seeks a Student Advisor to promote our Gymnastics, Ballet, Futsal and more, guiding families and children to the right programmes. You will conduct sales consultations with existing members, upsell suitable courses, and maintain our student database.

The role requires a service-oriented mindset, 1 year of B2C sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C sales or direct selling.
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong interpersonal and promotional skills; proactive and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales consultations with existing members and tailor study plans.
• Promote suitable programmes and upsell to parents.
• Maintain the student database and generate sales reports.
• Meet monthly sales targets and build customer relationships; facilitate parent events.
