Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking a results-oriented professional to engage prospective students, monitor progress, and support the Academic Team with timely updates.

You will build strong relationships, provide motivation and guidance throughout the learning journey, and help students achieve their goals while contributing to team targets in student engagement and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 required; education in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills and time-management.

Responsibilities
