Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Indonesia is seeking a motivated professional to monitor students' learning progress, build strong relationships, and provide ongoing motivation and guidance throughout their learning journey.

You will support sales activities by engaging prospective students, align with the Academic Team, and help achieve individual and team targets for student engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 or equivalent in any discipline.
• 1–2 years experience in Sales/Marketing/BD/Customer Success/Business Operations.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields. Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
