Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a proactive Sales/Customer Success professional to monitor students' learning progress, provide motivation, guidance, and support, and build strong relationships with students throughout their learning journey.

You will assist with sales by engaging prospective students, helping them make informed decisions, and striving to achieve individual and team targets for engagement and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Owns a smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven and able to work independently or in a team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields. Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
