Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking a proactive Sales/Student Success associate in Batam. You will monitor learning progress, provide motivation and guidance, and support prospective students as they make informed decisions.

You will build strong student relationships, deliver timely updates to the Academic Team, and help the team achieve individual and collective targets for engagement and sales. A Diploma 3 and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 completed in any discipline.
• 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
