Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Indonesia is seeking a motivated professional to support student learning journeys. You will monitor progress, provide motivation, and guide students toward their goals.

You will also assist the sales team by engaging prospective students and offering informed decisions, while delivering consistent advice and solutions to help learners achieve outcomes. You will work toward individual and team targets in engagement, presentations, and sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
• 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
