Job summary

Ruangguru is looking for a driven professional to monitor student progress, build strong relationships, and support sales efforts. You will communicate updates to the Academic Team, motivate learners, and help students achieve their learning goals.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma 3 with 1–2 years in sales, marketing, or related fields, and excellent communication and organizational skills. This role may involve target-driven activities and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
